Meet Malcolm Morgan
In 1985 Malcolm founded Morgan Williams Commercial Chartered Surveyors along with Mike Williams. Previously he worked at Ranks Hovis McDougall in the commercial property department. Malcolm had qualified with a BSc in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in 1980, and subsequently became a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) on 17th May 1983 and is a Registered Valuation Surveyor within the RICS.
He has a great relationship with his clients and having been established for over 35 years many of these relationships are rather long standing! Services offered to clients include rent reviews, lease renewals, agency, and the area where Malcolm has extensive knowledge – valuations!
As an RICS Registered Valuer, Malcolm deals with a wide range of valuations for the major banks, other lending institutions, pension funds, investment companies and private individuals. Malcolm reckons he has valued every other commercial property in Warrington at some stage in his career!
